I have been in transportation for over two decades, starting in the wash bay of a nationwide motor carrier.  Hard work and passion for the industry allowed me to move through the ranks gaining a well-rounded appreciation for all aspects of the transportation business.  This led to several leadership roles with large and small carriers alike including founding my own trucking company from the first truck.

These experiences give me the ability to advise in a multitude of areas beyond just safety including recruiting, insurance, claims management, cost reduction, permitting, and company structure.  With focus on proactive process management, I am able to produce significant improvements throughout your company.

Essentially, I’ve seen two different types of consultants.  One who comes into an office looks through some files, tells their client that things are broken then leaves with no support.  The other tries to make their cookie cutter solutions fit into their client’s business with a sledgehammer.  Neither takes the time to learn their client’s business.

From one-truck landscaping businesses to publicly-traded motor carriers with multiple authorities and entities, I have represented them all.  My goal is to learn your business, learn your needs, find the areas of deficiency, then work with you to build long-term systems that integrate smoothly into your business.  We will work together through safety audits, claims, renewals, and avoid adverse safety ratings, out-of-services orders and save thousands in DOT civil penalties and claims!
